Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
- Ready to wear garments will be shipped within 3-5 working days (or as mentioned in the garment description).
- Customised garments will be shipped within 7-10 working days for regular orders and 10-12 days for Sale orders.
- Shipping within India is free. We are currently shipping via Shiprocket, which is a reliable and highly efficient Third-Party shipping service.
- Tracking details will be shared via email and SMS once your order is shipped. Please make sure that someone is present at the address that you have provided to avoid unsuccessful delivery attempts.

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
We are a small business and we put in all the love and effort we have in fulfilling your orders. We hope you place your orders bearing in mind that your garments are made for YOU after you place an order. We will also be doing the necessary quality checking before sending your order to you. For this reason, we hope that you never need to return your Unees Bees purchase.
But in case you do,
- We do not make refunds unless the product is damaged (which is highly unlikely) or your order has not reached you due to an error on the part of the courier service. (Please note that we work prominently with hand block prints and tie and dye. Irregularities in prints is natural and is not considered as defects)
- If there is a problem with fit and you would like to exchange the garment, please let us know within 2 days of receiving the order. The cost of return courier will be borne by the customer. We will be providing you with store credit for the returned item.

- If you change your mind and would like to cancel an order that you have placed, please write to us on contact.uneesbees@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE OR RETURN ON PRODUCTS BOUGHT DURING SALE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE.
